At Outillage carreleur 2.0, we strive to satisfy our customers by providing them with high quality products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a flexible returns policy.
Return conditions
Return conditions
- Product returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
Non-returnable items
- Items sold in final promotion are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at aubry.cyril87@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send the product to.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
No restocking fees
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Trades
- If you need to exchange an item for another size or model, please follow our returns process to return the original item, and place a new order for the desired item.
